"Renee was an absolute dream of a realtor. I do not think we could have had anyone better to help us buy a house in 2022. The market in 2022 was absolutely brutal: we saw probably upwards of 50-75 homes in three months, and put offers in on seven before we finally got our house. Renee, through all of it, was incredible. She was honest--never once trying to negate our feelings of frustration or disappointment with the market, while still helping us keep perspective about making competitive offers. She helped guide our thought process on each house with questions that got to the heart of the issue. She NEVER pressured us to put a bid on a house. She was incredibly responsive, happy to work around our schedules, and showed up to every housing appointment with full focus on us. We were not her only clients at the time (as we should not have been!! Get that money, Renee!!) but we felt like it; her attention when she was with us was undivided. And given that we spent almost every weekend with her for probably about 11 weeks, we never felt her energy or enthusiasm waver. And considering how absolutely dreadful and debilitating this market was for us, that’s an accomplishment! And while we don’t miss buying a house, we certainly miss her; we loved just chatting with her about TV shows, pets, traveling, and more. She was a real person, who cared about US as real people and not just people-buying-a-house. And after we closed, after all the documents were signed, she STILL checked in with us! We had some issues with the seller leaving a lot of trash in the house, and she worked with us to get that cleaned up and fixed. She sent us a ton of recommendations for services to help us fix up the house. And I know that if we email her asking for a recommendation for some niche service provider, she’ll have one for us. I’ve already recommended Renee to others, and I will continue to do so. If she’s still in the area if/when we sell this house, she’ll be the first person we call. She probably deserves a raise. She definitely deserves a glowing annual review from her boss. I don’t know if they give out awards in real estate; if they do, she deserves all of them."
